NOTD: Essence No More Drama

Awhile ago, I mentioned that I was dying to get my hands on these adorable little bottles from Essence. They recently came to ULTA in the states but my display seemed to always be ransacked! Finally, I got my hands on a couple: one of which is called No More Drama, a slightly dusty lavender cream. I love this color and the brush is actually pretty decent, reminds me a bit of the Sally Complete Salon brush but not as wide. Formula on mine was a bit thick but workable and leveled out on top fairly well.

This was 2 coats - can't beat the 99 cents!
Have you tried any of the Essence shades yet?

  2. I haven't yet. I did get an orange (very different for me!) shadow by Essence and I was very impressed.
    It's good to read a review on how they perform.

  3. What a lovely color. I haven't tried any Essence n/p yet but I may have to go to Ulta for that shade. Gorgeous.

  4. Loving your manicure. They are fun little polishes aren't they? I bought some of those. :) It was two coats for me but it was more purple. Check it out. :)

  5. @Marie: You definitely should pick up a couple. At 99 cents they don't break the bank. =)

    @Kimberly: Definitely worthy of a pick up at 99 cents. I haven't tried their color cosmetics but since you seem impressed, I may give them a shot!

    @Mimsy: You definitely should!

    @susie: Ah yeah, I think different cameras, lighting and flash use can make a shade look different to some of us. Still pretty though more purple or not. =)
