Back around Christmas time, I noticed that the Christmas fragrance sets went on sale a couple times but they never really got clearanced. First they were 50%, then they were BOGO 50% and then they went back to full price for the few weeks before Valentine's Day. I really forgot about them until I went to CVS today to get some of the Softsoap body wash/scrub, which netted me 50 cents after Extrabucks and my $1 off coupon. Out of curiousity, I picked up one of the sets I had my eyes on (the Harajuku Lovers G fragrance set) and went over to the scanner to see what the price was this week. $3.74! $3.74! I actually made an audible "oh my gosh" - I hope no one heard me and ran back to grab another.
Anyway, if your store has any holiday fragrance sets, I would highly recommend checking the price at the scanner machine. My store also had the Harajuku Lovers Love fragrance ($3.74) and Nina Ricci L'eau du Temps set for $4.75 or thereabouts.
