Illamasqua Haul
You'll remember I posted about this amazing Illamasqua deal from asos, well, ages ago. Well, it finally arrived in the mail yesterday! It had been lost and I must say, I received fantastic CS from asos even though I was frustrated and I may have been a tad bitchy. A warning that if you do order, they still ship from the UK site so it can take your usual airmail 3-6 weeks for your package to arrive. And though they offer tracking in the UK, they don't offer tracking once the package leaves the UK, ie. when it's heading your way from sorting facility to your home, you won't have any idea when it'll show up, though I don't blame them for not having that, international tracking is pricey and shipping to the US on asos is free.
I can't wait to start testing and reviewing this for you guys! These are my very first Illamasqua products! Requests for what to test out first? I ordered Pure Pigments, Blushers and a Lipstick.

YA, I ordered from them and they lost my package too! I waited almost a month and then contacted them. They made me wait 8 more days. By that time, what I wanted was out of stock, but they said they would send me the foundation. Once it arrived like 1.5 weeks later, it was the WRONG shade. I also placed an order two days later because I was hooked on their site, and after 1 months, it never came either. I forced them to refund me. Asos international is by far the worst service ever.
However, Illamasqua products look very pigmented so that's exciting.

Funny, my package was lost too! I went through the same thing that Nancy did timeline-wise, but the replacement foundation was the shade I ordered. I also immediately got a refund without having to ask for the out-of-stock blush (soo sad, I wanted it really badly). A part of me is hoping that one day my lost package will show up on my doorstep, the other part is nevertheless satisfied with the CS I got. Weirdly enough the re-shipment got to me in about a week...
I am a complete spelling nightmare, I still write Illa mas qua split into three in my head! Nothing new for me though as I also write 'to get her', which is how I learnt to spell together 30 odd years ago. x
OMG I want Illamasqua products sooooooo badly. I wish they sold them here in Canada
